Service Description

Start your day with pep! Barre is a full-body workout inspired by elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga, combined with cardio and strength-training exercises. Each muscle endurance class will offer many options from low impact to high with moderate to high intensity. You will be encouraged to get outside your comfort zone, challenge your body with small, repetitive movements, and embrace the shake.
