About the Event
Join Journey Yoga the first Friday of each month for Yoga and Creativity. In each two/ two-and-a-half hour workshop, we'll explore yogic techniques that support releasing our creative blocks and cultivating openness, freedom, and expression. Along with our practice on the mat, we'll enjoy a hands-on creative project. All supplies will be provided. No previous experience in the arts or yoga is necessary.
