About the Event
Chris McLaren will lead the event with a relaxing meditation that prepares you for an immerion into the vibration of sound. As the bowls resonate, they stimulate the corresponding chakras and auric field with sonic waves. These vibrations help balance the chakras by helping energy to flow more freely. When our energy is free-flowing, we are more relaxed, grounded and healthy. Our body heals faster and we are better able to deal with life's challenges.
